The pair, 76, found out they lived three miles apart and shared a GP.

Kath never knew she had a sibling but Jenny found out at age 11.

Her daughter, Nicole O’Halloran, 35, launched the hunt for Kath.

They were reunited for 2011’s opening episode of the ITV show.

Jenny, from Rotherham, said: “It’s been amazing. It’s mad to think that for all those years she was a 20-minute drive away.”
