BRITAIN’S worst female paedophile Vanessa George basks in the sunshine of freedom in a snap sure to spark the fury of her victims’ families.
Looking tanned, the former nursery school worker smirked as she was spotted for the first time since her controversial release from jail two weeks ago.
George, who lost three of her 19 stone in prison, is feared to have abused up to 64 children aged between two and five and shared photographs of them with other perverts.
Last night their local MP Luke Pollard said: “The families concerned are facing a life sentence as she spends time relaxing in the sunshine.
“Vanessa George shouldn’t be allowed out of prison until her victims have reached adulthood as a bare minimum. Many of them are now around 12, 13 or 14.
"The fact she is out is a disgrace when the families are still suffering.
“I’m concerned by not naming the victims she hasn’t shown any remorse. The families concerned are facing a life sentence as she spends time relaxing in the sunshine.”
A parent of one child who attended the nursery said she had left them with a “legacy of pain and constant reminders”.

George, 49, struck at Little Ted’s nursery in Plymouth, Devon.
In December 2009 she admitted seven counts of sexual assault and six of making and distributing indecent pictures of children.
She was given an indeterminate sentence and told she would serve at least seven years.
Sources said George rarely left her cell, spending hours drawing and crafting greetings cards for prison pals.
EVIL nursery worker Vanessa George sickened the nation with her vile sexual abuse of innocent toddlers.
The first photographs of her since her release from jail after serving less than ten years will only deepen that revulsion.
They show her in a bail hostel laughing and giggling, seemingly oblivious to the damage and heartache she has caused.
Britain’s worst female paedophile took photographs of herself sexually abusing children in her charge and passed them on to other perverts.
Despite the pleas of parents who placed their children in her care, she has never revealed the names of all those she abused.
As the judge said at her 2009 trial, it is hard to imagine anyone could sink to lower depths of depravity.
So why is she out so soon?
While laughing at the law she deliberately leaves her victims in agony.
Ten years in jail is nowhere near enough for such a monster.
Child protection officers have visited 180 children thought to have had contact with her.
She was freed from HMP Send in Surrey after a parole board ruled she had “shown remorse” and could be managed safely in the community.
She is now at a Birmingham bail hostel while preparing to build a new life on the outside.
But fellow ex-cons at the probation premises had no idea who she was as she swapped jokes in a courtyard.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “For the first few days, she was warned to stay on site.
“No one had a clue who she was until a few days in — she has lost a bit of weight.
“She spent a lot of time in the yard outside when it was warm, lapping up the sunshine and laughing and joking.
"She didn’t come across as the type who’s too troubled by what she was banged up for.”
George dyed her hair black in jail but has had a major makeover since leaving.
Our exclusive pictures show her locks are now back to their natural mousey blonde and pulled up into a high, tight pony tail.
She didn’t come across as the type who’s too troubled by what she was banged up for.
Despite the weight loss she was still sporting a double-chin. But she looked relaxed in a navy blue top, grey shorts, black socks and black flip-flops.
She is subject to some of the toughest licence conditions ever imposed on any con on their release, including being banned from Devon and Cornwall.
THE mother of a tot at George’s nursery wrote this heartbreaking open letter to the child abuser last month when she heard she was about to be freed.
Dear Vanessa,
If you’re reading this then you’ve been let out. I don’t even know if I will send it.
You were my friend. I honestly cannot believe you would hurt our children the way you did.
I feel disgusted and ashamed every day that I left my beautiful innocent children with you willingly as you smiled at me, knowing what you were doing.
The guilt you have left me with as a parent has been so overwhelming at times I have questioned my own judgement and ability to be a good parent.
I’ve waited until the kids are in bed to sob. I’ve cut perfectly good people out of our lives because I don’t trust anyone.
What you’ve left me with is a legacy of pain and constant reminders of the past.
A 13-year-old child that still wets the bed and has never had a sleepover at a friend’s house.
A child that has had counselling and social problems since they were 18 months old.
A child that finds it difficult controlling his emotions and is full of rage at times.
A mother full of shame, guilt and disgust.
A mother who wishes she could take it all back and change things.
A mother who doesn’t think there’s any punishment in the world fit for what you’ve done to my baby and my family.
A mother whose heart is absolutely shattered into pieces every time she sees your face or hears your name because it reminds me that I gave my children to you without a thought at the school gate every day.
You set my family down a path 10 years ago that no one should ever have to go down.
Your actions have ricocheted through every aspect of my family's life since 2009.
Just when we start to move on, your face appears again or the nightmares start. You owe every single family a definitive answer.
You owe us a list of names. You owe us parents a decade without regrets, shame and guilt. You owe our children their childhood, their innocence, their lives back!
You’ve survived the last 10 years, my family has suffered.
It’s not fair that you get to move on now and start a fresh life and we are left to continue suffering.
I want answers, I want a list of names of those children affected...and if you don’t give them up then I only wish that you can experience even half of the excruciating torture we have endured.
Waiting patiently as always,
An old, very tired friend.
She cannot go within 30 metres of any swimming pool and is barred from going near children’s playgrounds, nurseries and schools.
Officials can also order her to undergo a random lie detector test at any point to safeguard youngsters.
George admitted taking up to eight photos a day of her abusing children.
They were sent to Colin Blanchard, from Rochdale. In January 2011 he was jailed for a minimum of nine years.
He had forwarded them to Angela Allen, from Nottingham, who received an indeterminate sentence of at least five years.
Both Blanchard and Allen remain in jail awaiting parole hearings.
The changes have been dubbed “Helen’s Law” after Helen McCourt, 22. She was murdered in 1988 and killer Ian Simms has not revealed where her body is.
Last month a parent from the nursery wrote an open letter to George and shared it with the media as news emerged of her imminent release.
It includes the lines: “You were my friend. I honestly cannot believe you would hurt our children the way you did.
“I feel disgusted and ashamed every day that I left my beautiful innocent children with you willingly as you smiled at me, knowing what you were doing.
"You set my family down a path 10 years ago that no one should ever have to go down. Your actions have ricocheted through every aspect of my families life since 2009.

“You owe our children their childhood, their innocence, their lives back!”
