R Kelly moans he’s ‘anxious’ in jail as he begs to be released while facing child sex abuse charges
R KELLY has moaned about being "anxious" in jail as he begged to be released while facing sickening child sex abuse charges.
A lawyer for the disgraced R&B star filed new legal documents, seen on Monday, outlining a list of his apparent medical complaints.
Among Kelly's apparent ailments is numbness in one hand, an untreated hernia and "anxiety", according to the docs seen by .
The I Believe I Can Fly singer, 52, is behind bars in Chicago after being charged with ten counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse earlier this year.
Among the four supposed victims in that case are three who were minors at the time of the alleged abuse.
Steve Greenberg, Kelly's lawyer, said in the new legal docs that the singer is not receiving adequate medical treatment in the facility.
JAIL 'STIFLING'
He called the conditions of Kelly's confinement "stifling" - and claimed it was compromising the singer's health.
Kelly is also mad that only Azriel Clary - who is one of his two "girlfriends" along with Joycelyn Savage - has been granted visitation.
The docs state: "Although he lives and has lived with two lady friends, only one of them is allowed to be on his visiting list, and after 90 days he's required to switch."
Kelly's lawyer also insisted the caged star is not a flight risk as he rarely travels outside the US and doesn't have access to his passport.
He also vowed that Kelly would not try to tamper with or intimidate witnesses.
The judge has yet to rule on the request for release - Kelly's second attempt to get out of jail as he awaits a series of trials.
MULTIPLE CASES
In July, cops in New York arrested Kelly on suspicion of forcing underage girls to commit explicit acts on camera.
Allegations including racketeering, kidnapping, forced labour and the sexual exploitation of a child were lodged in a Brooklyn court.
The claim is Kelly and his staff picked out women and girls at concerts and arranged for them to see the star.
They allegedly could not leave their rooms without Kelly's permission and had to call him "daddy".
The charges date from 1999, with Kelly accused of sex acts with girls under 18, failing to say he had a sexually transmitted disease and asking minors to send him pics.
In August the singer, whose full name is Robert Sylvester Kelly was charged with prostitution in Minnesota.
That charge is related to claims he paid a 17-year-old girl $200 to dance naked and engage in sex acts in a hotel room.
