England ace John Stones demands ex-love Millie Savage signs gagging order after bitter split
ENGLAND star John Stones is demanding his ex-sweetheart sign a gagging order after their bitter split.
But Millie Savage has so far refused the Non-Disclosure Agreement — leaving them deadlocked over a settlement.
A source said: “Millie has been upset and exasperated by the wrangle with John.
"He walked out on her but now he wants her to sign an order preventing her from talking about him.
“She feels John doesn’t trust her even after all the years they spent together before he hit the big time.”
The pair started dating at 14. They were together for more than a decade and have a young daughter.
Just last year Millie, 24, was seen hugging the £150,000-a-week Man City defender, 25, at the World Cup in Russia.
They split months later in November and he is now with beautician Olivia Naylor, 30.
£50k LEGAL BILL
Millie has been staying in his £6million home but faces having to move out. He has reportedly promised her a property.
Millie has run up £50,000 in legal bills which Stones has also agreed to meet.
A source said: “She’s trying to get things sorted financially. But she has hardly any assets. Everything was purchased in his name.
“She has no rights to any of it in law. She’s entitled to child maintenance from John but that is it.”
Another source said: “John has asked for an NDA as his prime concerns at all times are the welfare and protection of his daughter and her right to privacy.
“John has also ensured he’s met the legal costs incurred by Millie to date.”
In July an insider revealed to The Sun: “Millie feels she’s being turfed out.
“She seems cut up by the way he is behaving.
“It is like he’s forgotten himself and his roots.
“She can’t understand why he is acting in such a cruel way.
“Everything is falling in on her.
“She has been to see a lawyer who has told her in general terms unmarried partners, no matter how long they have been in the relationship, have few rights.
“The house and all the other assets which John has accrued during his career are in his name alone.
“There’s nothing Millie can do. She doesn’t have a leg to stand on so felt she had no option but to agree to leave.
“She thinks his intention is to get his home back and make a new life with Olivia and her baby while she picks up the pieces.”
