‘Britain’s BEST’ abandoned car collection sees classic motors left to rot in garage – & no one knows why they’re there

TWO urban explorers have discovered a treasure trove of abandoned cars described as "Britain's best" collection - and some of them are incredibly rare.

YouTube star Tazer Urbex and his friend Colin, better known as the Bearded Explorer, have stumbled across a brilliant find.

At an unknown location, which Tazer was very careful to keep hidden for legal reasons, the pair entered a large building that is filled to the brim with seldom seen classic cars.

Little is known about the owner of these vehicles, but Tazer does mention a police investigation - which is why the pair’s journey couldn’t be shown on YouTube.

Once inside the old building, the pair are quickly met by dozens of motors - which Tazer claims “are worth millions”.

Colin is first drawn to a vintage Bentley, which he says he “can’t begin to explain how rare it is”.

Near the Bentley, the pair find what appears to be a retro Formula 1 car, similar in style to the famous Lotus that British legend Jim Clark drove in the 1960s, but this example is finished in blue and yellow.

Further on, the pair describe their findings as “museum pieces”, which includes an open top classic with a curious note inside that reads "Vintage Car Club of Great Britain".

There’s little else to identify where these cars are from, with another classic motor boasting a sign on its windscreen that reads "1915, Peugeot".

Along with the cars, the large building has boxes of classic car magazines, vintage Grand Prix posters, and even replacement parts, including large vintage headlamps, strewn around the place.

Interestingly, Tazer comes across a silver roadster with strange writing on the side and a California number plate that reads NARDI.

The duo decide to research the car, and discover it is in fact a one-off Nardi Silver Ray from 1962, a GT coupe powered by a V8 engine from the Plymouth Golden Commando.

Clearly excited, Colin said: “If this is a one-off car, this could be priceless.”

Deeper into the dusty and dimly lit building, the duo take in other classic motors, from the likes of Lancia, Fiat, Alda Romeo, and MG.

This comes after a supercar graveyard deep in a forest in China was discovered - littered with Bentleys, Porsches, and Aston Martins.

Many of the exotic motors were seemingly brand new and never driven, much to the dismay of the visiting petrolheads filming for YouTube.

Elsewhere, a brand new EV that can "swim" has been unveiled to a stunned Paris Motor Show audience.

The Chinese electric vehicle, made by car-making giants BYD, is a plug-in hybrid SUV capable of “swimming” for up to 30 minutes.
