A CLASSIC Volkswagen 'T2' from 1967 with an incredibly unique interior is up for sale.

The iconic 'surf bus' has been brilliantly modified inside and has even won awards.

until January 1, comes with a two tone bronze and cream colour scheme as well as a bespoke high quality lounge-style interior.

It's vast cream curved bench sits inside and matches the van's carpet and goes together with the wooden trim and fittings.

The bench comes fitted with seatbelts and includes cabinets underneath with stained wood finish, with a cutlery and crockery set found inside the rear of the cabin seat.

According to the listing, this T2 was "imported from California in 2006 and appears to have been restored and upgraded shortly after when there is a record of a colour change".

Other features include chrome alloys, a full length roof rack, double doors, chrome side highlights and pop out windscreens.

The listing even shows off the front cover of a 2010 edition of Volks World magazine that features the T2 model as its 'Best Camper in Show' winner.

In summary, the listing says the van is "for sale by its long term owner" and that it will "enliven any trip".
