Qatari sheikh flies in fleet of Ferrari, Porsche, and Bugatti motors for London’s supercar season
Head-turning high octane sports car worth more than £3m were spotted lined up in Knightsbridge
A MEGA rich Qatari sheikh has flown over his multi-million pound fleet of flash motors during London’s supercar season.
The head-turning row of high octane sports cars was spotted lined-up in Knightsbridge yesterday and included a £1.8million Bugatti Veyron, a £600,000 Porsche 918 Spyder, a Ferrari F12TDF, a Ferrari LeFerrari, and a £1.2m McLaren P1.
The cars are thought to belong to multi-millionaire petrolhead Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Thani, the son of Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, who ruled Qatar between 1995 and 2013,
The 25-year-old has flown his motors as dozens of other Middle Eastern supercar owners flock to the capital as temperatures in the Gulf soar to their sweltering peaks.
The loaded Arabs pay up to £20,000 for a return journey to fly their cars to and from London.
Sheikh Al Thani’s collection seen in London includes the ultra-rare supercar McLaren P1 which can hit speeds of 218mph.
The young sheikh, whose worth is unclear, also featured his Bugatti Veyron Vitesse Rembrandt in the line-up.
The powerful roadster has nearly 1200 horsepower and can go from 0-62mph in just 2.6 seconds.
Last week self-style teen “billionaire” Hamza Sheikh had his goldplated Maserati seized by cops.
The learner driver has since told how he will “just learn to drive in a Rolls-Royce instead”.
