Jaguar’s C-X75 super stunt car – chassis 001 – that stole the show chasing James Bond in Spectre is up for sale for £1.25m

A STUNT car that featured in the James Bond film Spectre is now up for sale for a whopping £1,250,000.
Before having its bonnet set alight by the Q-equipped Aston Martin DB10, the Jaguar C-X75 chased down 007 on the streets of Rome.
It was driven by muscle-man villain Mr Hinx, and was later said to have outshone the DB10 in the 2015 film.
Jaguar first revealed the C-X75 as a concept car at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, where it won the Best in Show award.
It was due to become an £800,000 hybrid petrol-electric car with a maximum of 250 models built in partnership with Formula One team Williams F1.
But Jaguar scrapped the plans in December 2012 - making this supercar, , one of the rarest in the world.
The manufacturer did, however, make a handful of 5-litre petrol C-X75s for Spectre - four specifically for stunts.
This £1.25m version is chassis 001 and still only boasts 500 miles on the clock.
Then-Williams driver Felipe Massa also became a Bond villain for the day, having driven the Jaguar around the Mexico City F1 track.
Kaaimans has had plenty of interest from potential buyers for the C-X75, including from an unnamed actor.
