WITH a fortune raised as a real estate mogul and business tycoon, it's no surprise that Donald Trump spent a lot of it on cars.

As per US custom, though, the president can no longer drive himself around - even when his term in office is over.

So while Trump is chauffeured around UK roads in the presidential limo, nicknamed The Beast, here's a look back at the cars he once owned.

Lamborghini Diablo VT

This Lamborghini was only one of 200 ever made back in 1997. So proud he was of this purchase, Trump stuck a badge inside the driver's door reading "Donald Trump 1997".

Having been sold on to a new owner, the supercar was put up for auction on eBay in September 2016 when Trump was running for office.

But, despite a starting bid of $460,000 (£348,000), the reserve was not met.

Ferrari F430

Bought brand new in 2007 by the President, the Ferrari was registered to 725 Fifth Avenue - better known as Trump Tower.

Last year, it was also put up for sale by Auctions America, however, the F430 failed to reach its reserve again.

Falling $10,000 short of the $250,000 (£190,000) minimum estimate, the car was sold minutes after being taken off the podium to an unnamed buyer for $270,000.

Cadillac Trump Golden Series

This 1980s time capsule sold for just under £55,000 last March by Bonhams at Goodwood.

Having convinced Cadillac that having his name on its limousines was a great marketing idea, Trump debuted two models in 1987. Both cars did not end up going into production.

2015 Rolls-Royce Phantom

One of the last cars Trump bought before becoming US President was a Phantom.

It mirrors his 1956 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud, which is believed to be one of the very first luxury cars Trump owned.

Custom 24 carat gold motorbike

Revealed on television show Orange County Choppers, Trump was presented with a one-off gold motorbike made by famous customiser Paul Teutul Senior.
