BLACK MIRROR has an eerie history of predicting the future.
First there was the Prime Minister and the pig, then virtual reality gaming and after that robotic contact lenses.
Now the Netflix series' creator Charlie Brooker has done it again - with his creepily accurate self-driving pizza delivery vans.
The driverless tech plays a key role in "Crocodile" - episode three of the latest series - with "Fences Pizza" delivering to a customer in the street.
And the incredibly convenient technology could become reality within TWO YEARS.
Just weeks after series four of Black Mirror became available to stream online, Toyota has released footage of its innovative self-driving shops plan.
The e-Palette Concept, displayed at CES 2018 in Las Vegas, shows a boxy vehicle that can be converted to house restaurants, shops, offices and deliveries.
And Toyota has already teamed up with Amazon, Mazda, Uber and Pizza Hut on the project that could revolutionise our day-to-day lives.
Interiors will be able to be converted to another use within 24 hours in the future.
The fully electric pods will be totally automated packed with screens and wifi on board.
And Toyota has earmarked the 2020 Tokyo Olympics to test a fleet of e-Palettes to transport Games staff and visitors around venues.
If that proves successful, the self-driving shops and offices will be rolled out further.
Toyota president Akio Toyoda said: "The automobile industry is clearly amid its most dramatic period of change, as technologies such as electrification and connected and automated driving are making significant progress.
"We are playing our part to create an ever-better society for the next 100 years and beyond.
"This announcement marks a major step forward in our evolution towards sustainable mobility, demonstrating our continued expansion beyond traditional cars and trucks to the creation of new values, including services for customers."
