Using mobile phone AND watching TV
In December a driver was caught using a mobile phone with both hands while watching TV while behind the wheel in London’s rush hour traffic.
The female driver was spotted with an iPad wedged in front of her speedometer as she drove along Marylebone Road in the city centre.
As she taps on her phone and watches the video on her tablet, the driver can be seen to be fumbling for her gearstick.
Using mobile phone while dressed as Santa
One motorist wanted to get in the festive spirit early and was caught wearing a Santa hat as they chatted on the phone while driving on a high-speed motorway in December.
The driver, who is now in danger of being put on the naughty list, was spotted driving on the M4.
Footage shows the driver quickly putting the phone down when they realise they are being filmed.
Uber driver caught using Facebook
An Uber driver was caught in May using Facebook while ferrying a terrified customer in May.
Shocking video footage captured the brazen driver with one hand on the wheel and another dangerously browsing the web.
Uber said the driver's behaviour was "unacceptable" and confirmed it would be investigating the incident.
Delivery driver jailed after eating and smoking behind the wheel
Michael Boothman was jailed for two years in December after he was caught eating and smoking behind the wheel just seconds before he crashed and killed an elderly couple.
The 38-year-old driver, from Leeds, admitting causing the deaths of Ruth Dickinson, 77, and her husband Brian, 82.
Seconds before the fatal crash Boothman was filmed smoking and eating a snack of sandwiches and crisps, Lincoln Crown Court heard.

Driver caught "playing Pokemon Go"
One driver proved that they just had to catch them all when they were caught playing the mobile app craze Pokemon Go behind the wheel in July 2016.
A cyclist and road safety campaigner, known as ‘The Legend of Justice’ spotted the motorist playing the popular game while driving in Trafalgar Square.
The driver is sat in traffic and appears to be focusing on his phone and touching the screen,
As the cyclist pulls up to the car and looks closer at the phone, the Pokémon logo can be seen.
Driver caught playing with a Rubik's Cube
