The all-electric reconditioned Bronco has been re-built in factory-original steel with a custom bamboo dashboard.

It also features details with white leather and has a nickel plated cabin.

The car is powered by a BorgWarner battery, with three-pedal manual transmission.

Over £447,108 has been spent on the Bronco in production costs alone but no sale price is currently listed for the vehicle.

The car - which has done just 1,855 miles - is finished in metallic silver white and is deemed to have "started an EV revolution."

The listing states: “California-based Zero Labs has been making waves in the auto world with spectacular remastering of classic vehicles that blend cutting-edge modern engineering and bespoke design with revered vintage rides like the Ford Bronco.

“And the example up for auction today is the very first one produced.

“It details the 4 years of engineering and innovation required to complete this all-electric beauty, but suffice it to say, this 1972 Bronco is like nothing else in the world."

This comes as the Sun reported on the best EVs to get your hands on in the new year.

Currently, the UK's cheapest new EV, the Dacia Spring, starts at just £14,495.

And while this price won’t be beaten for some time (as far as we can tell), the revamped all-electric Renault Twingo will certainly be close behind.
