Ferrari’s first-EVER hybrid hypercar that can reach speeds of 217mph goes on sale for staggering £3.3million

FERRARI's first-ever hybrid hypercar, which can reach a speed of 217mph, has gone on sale for a whopping £3.3million.

The 2015 vehicle, called the "LaFerrari", has space-age gull-wing doors and is finished in a garish bright yellow.

Pictures show the car is with its doors dramatically outstretched.

It also comes complete with a "Nero"-coloured roof and coordinating black and yellow interior - including a carbon fibre dashboard.

Meanwhile, the black seats are trimmed in yellow and the steering wheel bears the Prancing horse logo.

As well as its impressive top speed, the vehicle also boasts rapid acceleration - capable of going from 0 to 62mph in only 2.9 seconds.

With a Formula 1-style powertrain, this supercar boasts a 6,262-cc V-12 engine reaching up to 9,250rpm assisted by a 120 kW hybrid system generating 963 horsepower.

The listing reads: "This car is specified to celebrate Ferrari’s logo and home city of Modena.

"It is finished in Giallo with a Nero roof over a matching black and yellow interior."

Specs also include exposed carbon fibre wing mirror arms, front splitter and diffuser, and rear fog light housing.

And that's not the only good news for prospective buyers, as the vehicle has a pretty clean sheet when it comes to mileage.

The listing states: "The hypercar has only had two owners till now and its odometer read just 2149 miles at the time of cataloguing.

"Its extended warranty continues through March 2026."

The hypercar is set to be auctioned off by RM Sotheby’s in Paris in 2025.

It comes after another ultra-rare Ferrari, one of only eight in existence, also went up for sale.

The "wonderfully preserved" Ferrari Dino 246 GTS had only averaged around 5,000 miles a year from new and had only had three owners.

The model was named for Alfredo 'Dino' Ferrari, the eldest son of company founder Enzo, who died from a degenerative illness in 1956, aged just 24.

At the time of his death, he was working on what would become known as the Dino engine and be placed in the lineup of cars also bearing his name.
