Could YOU still pass your theory test today? See if you can solve the top 9 questions most learners get wrong
HOW well do you know the rules of the road and are you able to correctly answer the top questions learner drivers commonly get wrong?
The AA driving school has revealed the hardest questions on the theory test after analysing five and a half million answers on the Driving Theory Test app.
With only a fifth of qualified drivers feeling very confident that they could pass if they retook it today, how do you stack up?
You can find the answers to all questions at the bottom of the article.
Here are the five ones that over half of all app users get wrong.
The first is based on rejoining the carriageway after stopping in an emergency area, and 55.3 per cent of users answered this incorrectly.

AA research found that young drivers are much more likely to feel extremely confident in passing their theory test if they had to retake it.
Men are almost twice as confident as women despite curing pass rates for theory tests showing that 47.2 per cent of women will pass compared to 43.7 per cent of men.
Camilla Benitz, Managing Director of AA Driving School, said: "It’s fascinating to see which theory test questions people find the hardest to get right on our app, and hopefully the list will help people revise successfully for their test.
"Qualified drivers, many of whom are not confident they have enough knowledge to pass a retake of the theory test, may want to brush up on the Highway Code to ensure they have the information they need to drive safely and correctly."
Now, it's time to see how you did.
