Posting on  his Instagram page, Mike picked up on a general election theme.

He says: “This country goes to the polls and it decides what is going to be best for our future.

“And me and James, we don't know whether it's going to be the Adventurer, the Raptor or the Explorer.

Looking at James, he adds: “What is going to be best for our future?”

James replies: “Or [BMW’s] the X5.”

Mike then cuts in to add: “Or even a Ford Ranger Raptor pick-up truck.

“I mean, we have got a whole range of Transits pickups, X5s.

“We've got all kinds of things people can choose from as they go to the polls.”

James describes the Ford Raptor as “one of the best pick-ups on the market”.

Next up for consideration is a Predator Edition Transit “with a body kit” along with a Raptor edition panel vans.

Wheeler Dealers' Mike Brewer waves goodbye to 'wonderful' Ford pick-up - and replaces it with 'jack of all trades'

James says: “We don’t know what we’re going to do.”

Mike can’t make up his mind, saying: “What would you… What would you do?”

Tongue firmly in cheek he adds: “I think I’d go for that BMW X5 across the road in black.

“Got all the toys in it.”

James adds: “Beautiful engineering. So much spec on it. It’s beautiful to drive.

“And the spec that the BMW has come with is unbelievable.”

Mike though doesn’t agree, saying: “However, it's not as practical as owning a tasty looking Transit. The Predator.

'INSANE'

“I mean, look, I mean, seriously, James, that body kit is insane.

“We developed that body kit.

“Art extensions. Got the side seals on it. It's got the roof rounds.

“It's even got, you'll love this at the back… It's even got a cheeky Venturia tunnel at the back.

“And look at those chrome tipped exhaust pipes.

“Obviously, they just the standard exhaust pipes.”

James though wants to talk about the Transit

He says: “Better still, the chrome cab Raptor Edition Transit.”

Mike adds: “Yeah, that's got the set of seats in the back as well.

James continues: “If you're gonna go to work, chuck your kids in the back, go out for the day.

'STUNNING'

“Look at it. Stunning, absolutely lovely wheels.”

Mike adds: “It is lovely, isn’t it?”

Mike, speaking to the camera, says: What we want to know from you, is what’s best? What would you go for?”

“As you go to the polls at the beginning of next month as you're on your way to decide which is going to be best to run our country because they are the spines of Britain, Ford Transits and that Ranger Raptor.”
