I’VE never understood why women love scented candles so much.

Because, to me, they all smell like the air fresheners you get in minicabs. They all make me feel sick.

Now, however, I’m delighted to say an American company has developed a range of candles for men. Aromas available from The Stinky Candle Company include petrol, bacon, wet grass and money.

If it can manage Castrol R, count me in for a dozen.
