Simon Cowell was spotted in LA in his Tesla this week. He joins celebrity drivers such as Johnny Depp and Will.I.Am who are also fans of the premium electric vehicles. Prices start around £50,000 if you feel like doing your bit for the environment.

The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent supremo hopped off his new three wheeler to show off his super-rare Jaguar in LA. The £650,000 motor has been restored so it looks just as good now as it did originally in 1965.

He’s got so many motors in the garage he must only have had room for this scooter. Sure, he doesn’t look as cool as he does in his cars, but he doesn’t look too bothered does he.

Driving one of these is cool – driving while on the phone is not. He actually has more than one Bentley. In 2011 he was snapped driving another Bentley convertible near his Beverley Hills home. After all, the music boss has got more than one garage to fill. You can pick up a second hand one for around £70,000.

Cruising round Beverley Hills in a supercar makes you look like everyone else, which isn’t something that appeals to Si. Perhaps that’s why he was snapped driving his then pregnant girlfriend around in a Smart car. At least it’s got some cool black wheels on it.

The Brit abroad popped out for some groceries in Hollywood in this beast. Cowell and his girlfriend shopped at Whole Foods Market and he even carried her bags for her. Simon’s is a first-generation model from the 1960s.

Happy Birthday to ME! Simon spent some serious cash on himself for his 51st Birthday back in 2010. It’s not the first time he’s treated himself on his special day either. Just a few years earlier he bought himself a Bugatti Veyron. Still, it’s better than the singing dwarves fellow judge Cheryl Cole got him that year.

Most of us receive gifts for our birthday but the music mogul decided to buy himself something on his 48th – a Bugatti Veyron. Back in 2007 the £750,000 motor was the priciest in the world, with just 300 being made. The turbo-charged car boasts a top speed of a trouser-wetting 257 miles per hour and can reach 60mph in just 2.46 seconds. With the purchase, Cowell joined an elite club of Veyron owners, which also includes Jay Leno, Floyd Mayweather and Tom Cruise.
