Harlem decided to spend the cash on going back to school, so Mike pledged to help him out.

Mike's plan was to get mechanic Elvis to turn a Mazda MX5 into a "Nissan Skyline" and the make some cash on a sale.

When Mike arrives at the garage with the car, Elvis is shocked: "What is that? I mean I know what it is, but what's it doing here?"

Mike said: "Yes, it's not the best I can bring in, I apologise, I may have said something we're going to regret.

"Because I've promised we're going to turn this into a Nissan Skyline."

Elvis asked if there is a "massive bundle of cash" to go with the transformation, but Mike disappoints, saying they only have £200.

"Oh my goodness," replied Elvis.

Mechanic Elvis then gets to work on the job and replaced the wooden steering wheel with a racing one that has a yellow stripe in the top of it.

The stripe would allow the driver to always know where straight on the steering wheel is - particularly important if you are racing round a track.

After the small amount of work, presumably because they only had a £200 budget, Mike is ready to try and flick it.

Mike then puts the car up for sale online and finds a woman who is buying a motor for a friend's son.

They then settle on £400 for the motor.

Commenters say Mike sold the car for far too little and say the price should have been much higher.

One said: "£400! The hard-top alone is worth that!!!!"

Another posted: "£500 for an mx5, what a steal. I would pay £1500 for that."

While a third wrote: "If an mx-5 is 400£ your budget can easily get you a an R33."

Mike has previously revealed his very first car was a lot more humble - after he initially opted to ride a scooter.

In a sit-down chat with former Fifth Gear presenter Jonny Smith for 's YouTube channel, Mike revealed that he was thrust into the world of car building and modifying thanks to his father.

In the interview, Mike said it all began because of his dad’s job as a car customiser - which included building several ‘Hot Rod’ motors that became famous in the world of muscle motors.
