We live under M60 flyover… boy racers’ car tyres screech through the night & horror crash took out a wall
LOCALS living under the M60 flyover have slammed 'screeching' boy racers for keeping them up in the middle of the night.
Those living in Moss Vale Crescent in Greater Manchester have been left terrified after a horror crash took out a wall.
Frank McDonnell, 64, who lives under the flyover, revealed how drivers are dangerously speeding without caring for their safety.

He recalled the time when a careless driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a wall.
He told : "They took a wall out round the corner, they came round too fast and lost control.
"It's just constant and nothing is done about it."

Other residents shared their concern about the "boy racers", with one describing "cars screeching".
Another local said some drivers go "as quickly as possible" around the bends that run by the M60 flyover "every weekend".
He added: "It's been going on for quite a while."
Just down the road, locals told how groups of youths have been wreaking havoc.

Mum of a 12-year-old boy
One mum, who didn't want to be named, revealed her 12 -year-old son was recently mugged.
"Crime in our area is getting out of hand," she said.
Her son was targeted by a group of eight youths, who stole his bike and aftershave outside the popular shopping parade on The Circle.
The mum added: "My son was so shaken up by the whole thing he couldn’t even talk after it.
";These lads are so brazen because they know nothing is being done these days."
COPS' PROBE
The incident was reported to Greater Manchester Police and detectives have spoken to the victim but enquiries are still ongoing, with police hoping to identify the offenders.
Other residents in the community share the feeling their community is seeing a rise in anti-social behaviour.
One local revealed they regularly see "kids on motorbikes with masks on".
Inside one of The Circle's shops, a worker who asked not to be named revealed he sees youngsters hanging around outside "every day".
Youths are seen throwing their bikes around and shouting in bus stop areas.
The shop worker also shared how they come in with coins to exchange for notes and vice versa, but claims he doesn't know what they do with the money.
However, not all residents in the area agree on the issues with anti-social behaviour.
Mohammed Hakimzadeh has worked at Miami Fried Chicken, on The Circle for around five years.
He feels that issues of anti-social behaviour have actually improved in that time.
He revealed how five years ago kids used to make "trouble here" whereas, now they "are very well behaved".
Another worker added: "I think it's just kids.
"They look anti-social, but realistically, they just don't want to go home."
Greater Manchester Police claim they're unaware of a rise in anti-social behaviour but are stepping up their monitoring of the area in light of recent concerns.

A Trafford Council spokesperson added: "We take reports of anti-social behaviour extremely seriously and our Community Safety Team works with partner agencies, including registered providers of social housing, GMP and other agencies to address anti-social behaviour and criminalities in our community.
"We have a sophisticated CCTV system which is monitored 24 hours a day, including a number of cameras in the area in question."
