A CAR expert has revealed five automatic motors for £2,000 or under and the list includes a "cheap to run" Toyota and BMWs.
The motor aficionado 'aceupgrades' has picked out a collection of motors that can be snapped up for £2,000 or less.
First on the list is a Jaguar X type which can be acquired for £1995.
The expert points out that the Jaguar is "reliable to run".
Next on the list is the Chevrolet Kalos, which the expert concedes to know nothing about. But he does say that £1995 for a 2007 motor was "not a bad shout to be honest."
He then moves on to a BMW 3 series from 2004, which is on the market for £1789. He points out the motor is Ulez compliant with just 65,000 on the clock.
And then there is a BMW 5 series with just 85,000 miles on the clock. The expert points out that is not bad for a 21-year old car.And an Audi A4 at just £1945 is described as a steal by the expert.
A Vauxhall Astra estate is perfect for builders or anyone who wants plenty of space in their car.
The expert also finds a VW Golf from 2005 and a Toyota Corolla 1.6. The expert states that the Corolla is one of the most reliable cars he has ever driven. And he identifies a Ford Mondeo 2008 priced at just £1750.
He concludes; "If you are a family man that is a steal and a half."
Earlier this month Abigayle Aundre shared a video showing Brits the best cars for sale that are priced under £3,000.
