Most unusual motors owned by celebs including Beyonce’s British classic & DiCaprio’s humble runaround
EVERYONE knows who these celebs are - but what they drive might surprise you.
The superstars we have all grown to love are usually extremely wealthy and own expensive jewellery or live in luxurious mansions.
But fans will be shocked to see the strange cars some of their favourite mega stars drive.
Here, we reveal the unusual motors A-list celebrities have in their garage.
BEYONCÉ'S CLASSIC ROYCE
Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z have many different motors that you'd associate with the mega-rich.
However, the most unexpected in their collection is the 1959 Silver Cloud II convertible.
Jay-Z gave the car to Beyoncé as a gift for her 25th birthday in 2006.
That same year, the couple collaborated on the hit single "Upgrade U".
The music video for this song featured another Rolls-Royce of the same era, but this one was a Silver Cloud III saloon.
CLOONEY'S TANGO T600
Award-winning actor George Clooney was the first owner of a Tango T600.
The unusual motor was built by Commuter Cars, who claim to have made the world's safest car.
By 2018, Car and Driver magazine gave the company a 1.1 out of 10 chance of survival.
The peculiar car has two seats, but the body of the motor is so narrow they had to be mounted one in front of the other.
The Google founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page have joined Clooney as proud owners of the unusual motor.
LEARNODO'S HYBRID CHARIOT
Leanardo DiCaprio is well well-known advocate for Toyota's first and most famous hybrid, which went into production 25years ago.
Since then a whole host of celebs, including Cameron Diaz, Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, Miley Cyrus and Salma Hayek have opted to drive the eco-friendly Toyota Prius over the years.
This is despite the popular plug-in hybrid not being the flashiest motor to look at.
It is renowned for being environmentally friendly and also cheap to run.
"It's a step in the right direction," DiCaprio once said.
He added: "We have the technology to make every car produced in America today just as clean, cheap and efficient."
CLINT EASTWOOD'S MINI
Clint Eastwood has owned many different motors in his long successful life.
He is particularly fond of sports models and muscle cars.
However, the world-renowned actor owns a Fiat500e and also has a classic "Morris Mini Countryman" in his collection.
The little 1960s estate car was modified with full Cooper S running gear, which would have made the motor a lot faster than it was when it left the factory.
HIS MAJESTY'S MGC
King Charles was the proud owner of the MGC before passing it on to his son, Prince William in 1997.
The MGC was a derivative of the MGB fitted with a 2.9-litre straight-six engine.
It was heavily criticised in the press for its poor handling and was only produced for two years in the late 1960s.
Yet, the King loved the motor who received the coupe version shortly after his 18th birthday and has spoken highly of it since then.
PRINCESS DIANA'S TURBO
The late Princess Diana's Series I escort RS Turbo has become her most famous car.
It is the only one believed to be painted black rather than white - due to orders from the police to make it less conspicuous.
In August 2022, this motor was sold at an auction for a whopping £722,500 exceeding all the others by a huge margin.
The huge sum was due to the motor's low mileage, exceptional condition, rarity and provenance.
The previous record for an RS Turbo sold at an auction was around £63,500, which is 11 times less than what Princess Diana's Turbo went for.
FORMULA FIAT 500
Four-time F1 World Champion Sebastian Vettel has driven many different motors in his time including a dominant Red Bull F1 car.
He has previously said his favourite car to drive is the Ferrari F40.
Yet, racing fans might be surprised to learn he loves driving his Fiat 500 which has a maximum output of less than 30bhp.

In particular, Vettel likes the rear hinged doors and its charming looks.
The ex-Formula 1 driver has become an advocate for sustainable fuels in F1 and also launched the "Buzzin Corner" initiative which aims to raise awareness of biodiversity issues.
