The photograph, posted on Reddit, showed the bonnet of the motor inches from the front door.

The frustrated resident also posted a message which read: "This is how our dentist neighbours park. Struggled to get outside without kicking his car but made it.

"Next time I won't be that gentle."

The post led to several responses from other Reddit users. One person said: "Leave a note, if it still happens then take a run up in your hall and start rolling over the bonnet."

And: "Usually i would say get it towed but are you even allowed to do that here?"

However others felt the post was over dramatic. One said: "There seems to be plenty of room to get by, just not comfortably."

Another said: "Get a bus through there to be fair."

And another said : "You struggled to get through that 3 foot walking space?" "Have you ever heard of a sidestep?

One fed up homeowner recently took to TikTok to complain about their neighbour's parking.

So our neighbors have been blocking our driveway," the TikToker, Kasey (), said in a .

She said the neighbors accidentally left their lights on inside their car when a "random passerbyer" stopped to warn of a draining battery.

The car was parked close to Kasey's driveway, so he knocked on her door.

"The guy who came by was so sweet and legitimately concerned," Kasey said.

"Turns out, it was our neighbors across the street who's car was parked blocking our driveway again."

Kasey said she looked outside to make sure her neighbors weren't there.

If they were, she said she would "confront the neighbors again."

"Their car is about to get keyed, or [maybe I'll] slash their tires," Kasey added.
