A FAMILY living in a £150 caravan all year round said haters laugh at them but it's better than Travelodge.

Known as Happy Little Campers, the family showed the interior of the humble travel home to their online followers.

In a series of videos, the content creators show off the impressive renovations of their ABI Dalesman into a fully functioning caravan.

The adventurous group have travelled around the country in the tiny home - including the Forest of Dean, Vale of Glamorgan and Ilfracombe.

On one of their TikTok videos, they explained the reason they stay in a vehicle instead of staying at a Travelodge.

The family said: "Why do you choose that £150 caravan over a budget room in a Travelodge? There is no competition."

They then shared multiple snaps of the beautiful view outside their caravan - including a sunset in the greenery.

The video has now amassed hundreds of views and more than 300 likes from fellow motorists.

Dozens flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts and opinions about the cheap home.

One user said: "You can take it anywhere and enjoy and it’s cheaper and you have your own little things in it, we just bought one and I can’t wait."
