SHOCKING photos show a £300,000 Ferrari smashed up after it crashed on one of London's affluent streets.
The supercar was said to be going above the 20mph speed limit before spinning and hitting a bollard on Park Lane, Mayfair.
The crash happened on New Year's Day and it's believed no one else was involved in the accident.
Police arrived to find the Ferrari facing the wrong way with both the front and back damaged from hitting a lamp post.
The driver was reportedly not the owner of the Qatari registered Ferrari 296, and had its licence plates removed and placed inside the car.
The front and rear of the car were severely damaged - estimated to be a £100k worth of damage.

The Met Police confirmed it collided with the bollard and say there haven't been any serious injuries.
It comes after a motorist wrecked his £186,000 Ferrari.
The driver was speeding past police officers on the M40 when he lost control and "crashed off the road into the trees".
Photos showed the Ferrari Roma model's bonnet hanging off after it ran off the road during bad weather.
