Iconic 1970s motor once owned by the world’s most famous daredevil was lost for 30 years… now it can be yours for £12k
A SPRAWLING American Cadillac that once belonged to legendary stuntman Evel Knievel is now on the market for just £12,000.
Evel, famous for jumping over parked buses on a Harley Davidson motorbike, bought the 1972 Cadillac Eldorado in 1975.
The stuntman, famous for trying to jump the Snake River in a rocket car, painted the Eldorado in his trademark white.
Experts believe only eight ASC converted Cadillacs were ever built, adding to the car's appeal.
The 18 feet long Eldorado has only 43,000 on the clock and has been in storage for nearly 30 years.
The auction ad reads: "It looks to be extremely solid, with just some light surface rust poking through the paint."
