One of her biggest struggles is keeping the cold out of her little van.
She told her followers: "It's about zero and it's gonna get down to like -2C tonight so I definitely need to do things to prepare for that.
"The first thing I do at night it put up my window covers, I made these - it's Reflectix - and then I glued this fabric on there and then there's command strips all around them.

She even claimed they were so effective, that they were too hot to put in her socks.
Lastly, the van-life lover said she sleeps with three blankets.
Alyssa said: "I make sure I always have really warm blankets.
"A fuzzy blanket on the top, my thick comforter, and sheet underneath is usually enough."
People flooded the comment section with praise for her grit in freezing temperatures and made their own suggestions.
"Get a weighted blanket, they will keep you nice and warm," penned one.
"Turn the window covers to the silver reflects the heat from the inside," commented another.
Someone else advised: "Got to army surplus store and get an army blanket they are amazing."
Meanwhile a fourth wrote: "Heavy wool socks, a knit cap and I always sleep in a rated sleeping bag."
Others were keen to see the explorer invest in an electric blanket.
