Nation-wide chain Johnsons has announced the closure of its popular branch in Dorridge, Solihull.

Management decided to close the outlet and service centre due to limitations on its capacity.
Mark Perkins, a franchise director at Johnsons, announced the closure to all customers and said: "After many successful years of trading, it is with regret that we announce the closure of our site at Dorridge, Solihull.
"This does not in any way impact our other 58 Johnsons sites who will continue to operate as normal with 16 Franchises across the West Midlands and England. No job losses will result

"The team is joining other businesses within the Johnsons Group to continue their career. The decision has not been taken lightly.
"It has been made in consultation with the manufacturer Stellantis, who are the parent company of Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo and Jeep.
"With the planned arrival of new vehicles, Stellantis has decided they will require separate facilities for each brand and regrettably, due to the physical size of the site we are unable to expand the premises further."
It comes after Bristol Street Motors Ford dealership in Stroud, Gloucestershire, shuttered on Friday.
A spokesperson for the firm said: "The decision to close our Bristol Street Motors Ford dealership in Stroud has not been taken lightly."
