GRAMMY award-winning musician Wyclef Jean is building an electric Tesla-killing supercar and it's a lightweight dream machine.
This electric supercar weighs 1,200 kg and delivers a top speed of 190mph.
Former Fugees member Wyclef Jean is also well known for his solo career, which features singles including "Gone Till November" and "Hips Don't Lie" with Shakira.
Despite having a fantastic career in the music industry, Jean is looking to combine his two biggest passions, cars and music.
The musician had joined the team at Apex motors to design a £295,519 electric car called Attucks Apex APO.
Last weekend the rapper unveiled the high-end EV, which Jean refers to as "the lightest-ever electric supercar."

The car is powered by a 650-horsepower electric motor and can accelerate to 60mph in 2.3 seconds using "ultra-advanced aerodynamics".
The company said that drivers will be able to buy the car, which was was designed in the UK and built in the US, in the winter of 2024.
Jean added personal touches like an "enhanced music and sound experience, analyzing the driver and playing song selections that best fit the mood for an optimal driving experience."
Wyclef Jean said on Twitter: "Attucks Apex AP0, the lightest electric supercar ever, has been officially launched in the US. The car was designed in the UK and manufactured in the US.
"This EV can reach 100km in just 2.3 seconds. This is my dream car."
In May 2022, fellow musician Will.I.Am helped West Coast Customs design a Frankenstein monster of a Mercedes AMG GT Four-door with the nose of a G-Class SUV.
