I’m at war with my neighbours – they insist on parking in front of my house and taking two spots with one car

A FRUSTRATED motorist has taken to social media to vent over their neighbours and the way they park.

The driver uploaded an image of a neighbour's car parked directly outside their house.

They said: 'I have no problem with parking in front of my house, the street is everybody's

'But every goddam weekend he or his kids or his kid's girlfriends all have to park in the goddam centre.'

The picture shows a car parked a few feet from the edge of the poster's drive.

The way the car is parked is clearly taking up two spots rather than one in an effort to protect their car from damage.

One person in the comments was in agreement with the poster, saying: 'This is a huge pet peeve of mine..'

Another person said: 'They do it to be in the shade of the tree.'

But other people weren't so onboard with the uploader's point of view.

Another person in the comments said: 'Is that your driveway to the left of frame?

'Looks like they're making it eaisier to pull out by increasing visibility and reducing the angle needed to enter the road.

We have the opposite problem, where cars park right up to the edge and you're pulling out almost blind at a hard 90° into traffic.'
