A BRAND new Range Rover has fallen off a car transporter at high speed and there's no saving it.

Uploaded to Instagram by @boydaloving, the video shows a latest-generation Range Rover which hasn't long been on sale.

The incident took place in Paramus, New Jersey in the US and the video starts with a shot of the wreckage.

The gold and black Range Rover is the right way up, but its roof has been opened up like a tin can.

As the shot pans around it becomes obvious what has happened; the Range Rover's roof struck a bridge.

Clearly the transporter driver has loaded the Range Rover on the trailer too high and the result is a very bad day at work.

Aside from a few front panels the Range Rover is completely destroyed and will be beyond the point of repair.

The video flicks to an image of the Range Rover being towed away and then a shot of the transporter itself.

People didn't have much sympathy for the transporter driver in the comments on Instagram.

@getwisenotwoke said: "Seriously unlucky owner who was likely waiting a year for it. And that driver is in trouble for destroying a 200k vehicle."

While @eskohl said: "Someone is going to get fired. Feel bad for the salesperson having to make that call!"
