THIS car parking space will set its buyer back a whopping £70,000 - and there's a big catch.
The space is just two metres wide - and is blocked in from three sides with concrete walls.
Potential buyers will have to be extremely good at parking - as the width of an average car is 1.9 metres.
It also means once you get your car in most people would never be able to open the door to get out.
Its owner is looking to sell the microscopic spot, in London’s swanky Knightsbridge, for a whopping £70,000.
And the price was already reduced last month, meaning it’s seller had originally put it up for sale for even more.
