E-SCOOTERS are dividing opinion up and down the country, but everybody was saying the same thing about this woman's epic gaffe.
The video, uploaded to Instagram on the Inside Motors channel, shows the danger of riding an e-scooter and not paying attention.
It's currently legal to buy an e-scooter, but illegal to ride a private one on the public road.
The only way to legally ride one on the road is to hire one from a company like Uber via an app on your phone.
This video is shot using a smartphone in a van and shows a woman riding an e-scooter on a public road without a helmet.
It's not clear if the scooter is private or from a hire company, but she's carrying a decent bit of speed as the van moves up alongside her.

It's also after dark and wet on the ground, plus you can see the woman has gloves on so it must be cold out too.
A few seconds after the van pulls alongside it all starts to go wrong.
In her haste, the woman clips the kerb and tries to jump off the scooter.

She manages to keep the stumble going for some distance, before finally toppling over into the verge.
People had little sympathy for the woman in the comments section of the post.
