Halfords to give away £5,000 and free MOTs for 10 YEARS – here’s how you could win

HALFORDS are giving motor owners the chance to win £5,000 and free MOTs for 10 years in their Halfords Garage of the Year competition.

The car services company is looking for the best home garage that "brakes" all boundaries.

Whether you’re bringing an old car back to life,  improving a car’s spec, or have simply created a fantastic workspace, Halfords wants to see it all. 

To enter, participants must explain what the use, purpose, and creation of their private garage space is with accompanying images.

This will then be judged by Halfords technicians, along with Daniel Rowbottom and Gordon Shedden - Halfords Racing with Cataclean professional racing drivers.

With Halfords technicians’ extensive knowledge of motoring mechanics and what makes a well-designed garage they are in great stead to judge entrants’ home garages. 

The overall winner will receive a cash prize of £5,000, a Halfords Ultimate Garage Bundle, and a 10-year membership to Halfords Motoring Club - with 10 MOTs included in the membership.

The two runners up will receive a £250 Halfords gift voucher to be spent online and in store. 

The competition, running for the second consecutive year, is part of Halfords Partnership with British Touring Car Championship Team - Halfords Racing with Cataclean. 

It's after the pandemic saw an increase in Brits kitting out their home garage.
