But the 27-year-old's cheeky antics could land her in trouble.

In theory, there's a chance she could be convicted of indecent exposure - but only if a court found she'd flashed intentionally to cause alarm or distress.

The crime carries a maximum sentence of two years in prison following a crown court trial.

Most cases are heard in the magistrates' court, where a sentence of up to six months behind bars or a fine can be imposed.

She glances quickly back at the camera before lifting her top and jumping while waving her hands in the air, reports.

The tweet was originally posted last month, but resurfaced yesterday.

The performer, who charges around £12 per month for her content, had a number of replies.

Most were complimentary - including one from a US lorry driver who posted: "Thank you for your service."

Another quipped: "Holy moly, those are perfect."

But one follower posted the message: "Indecent exposure in Thanet."

Under UK laws, Billie Louise would have been fine if she'd decided to drive naked - but only if she hadn't intended to cause shock or upset.

However, if she'd deliberately splashed a pedestrian with her car, she'd have been in trouble.
