What happens if I run out of fuel while driving?

The AA will fill up your car to the nearest service station, if you're a policyholder.
If not, they'll offer to fill up your car and join AA- at an extra "joining" fee cost.
As with most things, it's easy to prevent this problem from happening than it is to fix it after it's happened.
