A TINY beach hut with incredible seaside views has gone on the market but the price will make you think twice.
The rare brick-built cabin in a seaside resort in Dorset is just a few steps down to the beach.
The chalet's new owners will find themselves in the picturesque seaside town of Swanage - known for its famous Fish Festival.
The Hi-de-Hi style property is located on the top floor of a historic 1950s building.
The one-room hut has 45 square feet of "living" space - and is so tiny it can only fit a work surface, cupboard and a simple bench.
The hut has a shuttered window and sturdy stable door with no access to running water, gas, or electricity.

However, the owner swears it is an amazing home for those dreaming about a staycation in the idyllic seaside town.
Mike Ford and his family have owned the hut for more than 35 years.
Mr Ford said: "Our hut has given us great pleasure over the years, in which three generations of our family have been able to reap the rewards all year round.

"We've loved the spectacular views, as well as the direct access to the beach.
"New Year's Eve is always a special occasion for our family, when we come down to the hut and watch the firework display from, in our opinion, the best seats in town."
With 92 years on its lease, it comes with its own private beach near Old Harry Rocks, just a few steps away from the door.
Lucky owners will only have to pay a yearly fee of £16 for the ground rent - with access to the public toilets and water supply.
It also features a brick finish and a balcony with a dining space big enough to host barbecues.
Mike added: "It's a spectacular site and we will dearly miss being able to pop down and easily set up our table and chairs for a relaxing drink."
Real estate agents selling the property claim it is a gem as most beach huts in the area are owned by the council.
DOMVS estate agent John Beauchamp said: "In my opinion, it's the next best thing to owning a home on the water's edge.
"It's no surprise that beach huts are growing in popularity.
"Locally, huts can rent for upwards of £200 per week in the height of summer and with their historic capital growth, there's no doubt they're a smart and safe investment."
The listing comes as cottages in the remote village of Caerphilly, South Wales could be snapped up for just £100 each.
