Three-bed house with garage and garden on sale for HALF the price of neighbouring homes – but wait until you see inside
A BARGAIN house has hit the market for £200,000 which is less than half the price of neighbouring homes.
The three-bedroom semi-detached home in Evesham, Worcs, is cheaper than those surrounding it for a surprising reason.
The interior of the large property is littered with rubbish in every single room – including clothes and old newspapers.
Even the bath was filled to the brim with strange items, including a duvet and what appeared to be a Christmas tree.
Bin bags, clothes, paper files and books are among remnants of the previous residents left in the living room and bedrooms.
In the back garden, doors and other paraphernalia have been left on paving stones.
