To be “sold as seen”, the house includes an entrance hallway, which is open-plan to the kitchen diner, plus a lounge.

The first-floor landing, with a built-in storage cupboard, opens onto two rear-facing bedrooms and a bathroom.

A spacious kitchen will give the buyer plenty of room to cook up a storm in a light and airy space.

While a decent sized garden offers lots of outdoor space to take advantage of.

There is a even a single garage to stick your motor in for off-street parking.

But step inside and the shocking reality of the Sandford Close home sinks in.

That's because the two-bedder is in an absolute state and the potential buyer will need to move mountains to transform it into a liveable space.

Standout features in the dilapidated abode is an old loo abandoned in a half finished bedroom covered in junk and dirt.

While venture into the living room and you're greeted with an upturned table and sinister etchings on the unsightly orange walls.

There are no carpets on any of the floors in the filthy home and it appears to be riddled with mould and dust.

While one bed still has its grotty old sheets on it.

The bathroom appears to be falling apart and the bath which looks totally un-useable is absolutely filthy.

Dangerous wires hang from the ceiling in the kitchen and a hole in the wall where an extractor fan may have been fitted.

And to top it off - someone appears to have left their dinner in a pan and placed it on the floor to fester next to a manky old mop and bucket.

There are signs of attempts at upgrading the house, with some stripped walls, a part-built partition and a “hole in the wall” fire a feature of the lounge.

But dated curtains, a ceiling rose and battered light fittings and furniture all tell of a different era in the house, which is crying out for a makeover.
