Are you getting your ticket to visit Santa in his grotto at Hamleys this Christmas?

Arriving at Hamleys on November 23, sessions will run every day until December 24.

A quick tip – sign up to the Hamleys newsletter to get a priority booking before tickets go live to the general public.

It might seem too early to think about Christmas but shops are already getting into the festive spirit.

You can buy tickets for you and your family at the following locations: London’s Regent Street, 55 St Enoch Square in Glasgow and at Hamleys in Lakeside Shopping Centre.

Prices are different depending on what location you book into.

Tickets for Glasgow and Lakeside will cost you £20 but to visit Santa at Regent Street’s grotto will set you back £39.99.

Each session lasts for 40 minutes and kids actually get to meet and greet Santa himself.

As well as meeting Santa, you and your family can get into the festive spirit with Christmas songs, dances and games.

All extra activities will take place in the Grotto Workshop – in Hamleys’ very own North Pole.

Children will even receive a personal certificate to show that they were excellent little elves this Christmas time.

Also included in the cost of the ticket is a goody bag – containing a Hamleys Bear, an exclusive book and a Christmas decoration.

But safety is important and only children between the ages of two and eight will be able to enter the grotto – and their parents, of course.

If you’re not near a Hamleys or you aren’t able to get tickets, Winter Wonderland in London has its own Santa Land and toy factory – and it’s completely free to enter.

Visiting Santa at Fortnum & Mason will cost you £25 for a child’s ticket, while a ticket for the full experience at Lapland UK – in Berkshire – costs a hefty £65.
