Tesco slashes the price of tubs of Celebrations, Heroes, Quality Street and Roses to £3.50

CHRISTMAS just wouldn’t be the same without chocolate and now Tesco is selling tubs of Celebrations, Heroes, Quality Street and Roses for £3.50.
The tubs usually cost £5 at the supermarket, so it could be the perfect time to stock up before the festive season.
The deal is available both and in stores from now until next Sunday - September 17.

You'll get more chocolate for your bucks by picking up the Celebrations and Quality Street tubs as these weigh 650g, compared to just 600g for Heroes and Roses.
The discount comes after Morrisons launched an offer that gives shoppers two tubs for £7, or one for £5.
Iceland is also selling individual chocolate tubs for £5, while you can pick them up for £4 at Asda.
Each tub typically has just under 500 calories per 100g.
But chocoholics might be shocked to know that tubs of Quality Street, Roses and Heroes have shrunk AGAIN this year.
A few weeks ago, we revealed how the size of the Christmas treats have dropped by a whopping 46 per cent in the last eleven years.
Cadbury and Nestle confirmed they have reduced the recommended retail price but said it's up to shops to decide how much to charge for products.

But bigger tubs of the festive staples are available as Costco as it is selling a giant 2kg Quality Street tin for under £12 at the moment.
B&M has also rolled out retro tins of Quality Street for £8 - perfect if you can't wait any longer or if you want to stock up for the festive season.
