The American pizza chain trialled running the deal on Sundays for a limited run in September last year but it proved so popular it's going to be available seven days a week.

Before, the popular menu choice was limited to weekdays from Monday through to Friday.

But weekend dining comes at a price. On a weekday it costs £7.50 for an adult and £4.99 for children.

Those who want to tuck into the unlimited option on a Saturday or Sunday will have to pay £10.99 - an extra £3.49 for the adult meal.

How to save money on pizza

TAKEAWAY pizzas taste great but they can hit you hard on your wallet. Here are some tips on how to save on pizza:

Cashback websites -  and will pay you to order your pizza through them. They're paid by retailers for every click that comes to their website from the cashback site, which eventually trickles down to you. So you'll get cashback on orders placed through them.

Make your own topping - One savvy customer noticed that Domino's charges up to 70p MORE for pizzas on its menu compared to ordering the same one through the "create your own" option. It's worth trying out to see if it makes a difference before you place your next order.

Buy it from the shops - Okay, it might not taste exactly the same but you'll save the most money by picking up your favourite pizza from your local supermarket. Some Asda stores sell freshly made ones from the pizza counter where prices start at £2.

You'll need to fork out an extra £1 for a children's meal too on the weekend when it will cost you £5.99.

The deal is worth it though if you know that you like to indulge on a side salad and pasta dish alongside your pizza, or if you like a meaty meal that costs more than £10.99.

It's also a great alternative for those that can't decide between more than one meal.

You'll be able to find the usual limited Pizza Hut meal on offer from this Saturday, September 7, but like on weekdays, the menu is only available until 3pm.

There are 250 dine-in restaurants in the UK and you can find your nearest one using its store locator tool .

It's worth noting that Pizza Hut prices can vary depending on which branch you go to so if in doubt, it's worth calling ahead to find out how much your meal will cost you.
