Krispy Kreme has launched two fruit slushies to keep you cool in the heatwave

DOUGHNUT king Krispy Kreme have added two new icy fruit drinks to the menu.

The cool and refreshing ice drink comes in two flavours, apple and tropical, and are sure too cool you down as things hot up this week.

Each slushie is a 340g serving of icy goodness and has a calorie content of 380cal for the apple slushie and 375cal for the tropical slushie.

Slushie's are only available in stores where there are ice machines, but you can pick one up at on of the 65 participating stores for £3.10

The fruity flavoured drinks join Krispy Kreme's other chilled drinks, the mango chiller, strawberry chiller, lemonade and pink lemonade on the menu.

The drinks have been launched as part of the "Throw Back Party" campaign which saw the doughnut giant create new 90s inspired treats.

Some of the delights available as part of the range includes the £1.75 "Pink Party Ring" and "Yellow Party Ring" which are designed to be a doughnut version of Fox's Biscuits Party Rings.

The retro sweet treats also mimic in the form of a hundred and thousand covered doughnut with a chocolate brownie filling for £1.90.

You and a friend will be able to go to any participating Krispy Kreme outlet and order either a Strawberry Kreme Shake, Chocolate Kreme Shake or a Caramel Creme Shake and get another free.
