PG Tips is giving away FREE boxes of tea worth up to £2.50 if you promise to share a cuppa with someone
YOU can have a cuppa on PG Tips thanks to its campaign to combat loneliness, which will see it give away at least 100,000 boxes of PG Tips for free.
To get your hands on a box, you just need to head to the from tomorrow and pledge to share a cuppa with someone.
Once you've done that, you'll be able to download a coupon for a free box of PG Tips Original 80s, which are normally worth between £2 and £2.50.
Just take the voucher to any major supermarket in return for a free box.
The giveaway is part of the tea company's mission to combat loneliness.
It hopes the free box will inspire people to invite people round for a cup of tea - whether that's a friend, family member or even a neighbour.
In total, a whopping 55million teabags will be given away.
Fiachra Moloney, PG tips marketing director said: “Providing enough tea for everyone in the country is just the first step, and while we know it won’t end loneliness overnight, we hope we can encourage people to come together by simply sharing a cup of tea with family and friends."
