Frankie & Benny’s offering 50% off your meal if you share it on Instagram

FRANKIE & Benny's has a novel way for you to nab a half price meal this month where all you need to do is snap your plate and upload it to Instagram.

From today until May 31, diners who take a picture of their meal at the Italian-American chain and upload it to Instagram using the #FrankieAndBennys can get 50 per cent off.

There's no minimum or maximum spend, so you can buy whatever you like on the menu but the discount is only on main courses.

So you won't get any money off by Instagramming your starters, drinks or desserts.

You can get any main you like with the cheapest being a regular classic hot dog, which normally costs £7.49, so you'd pay just £3.75.

The most expensive dish on the menu is the ultimate mixed grill costing £19.99 - so you'd get it for a tenner.

Frankie & Benny's says the idea is to celebrate its new menu that launched this week.

But while it's introduced 26 new dishes, including a breakfast pizza, it's axed 28 items to make way for them.

If you're eating out with mates, Frankie & Benny's says each of you should take and upload a picture of your own meal to get the discount.

But it does say that if you go as a family it will be more lenient, letting just the one parent upload pictures to get money off for the whole family.

Once you've uploaded the picture, just show the proof to your waiter you can then apply the discount to your bill.

The offer is available at all 250 Frankie & Benny's restaurants so use it's to find your nearest.

Frankie & Benny’s brand director, Elise Ash, said: “Foodstagraming is taking over! Everyone likes to take a picture of their food when it comes out, no matter how hungry they are – now you can save some money as a bonus!"
