Morrisons to bring back Zoom ice lollies for the first time in 20 years
The raspberry, strawberry and banana flavoured treats are making a comeback
IF you're looking to cool down this summer with an ice cold treat you may want to head to Morrisons where it's selling Zoom lollies.
It's a proper blast from the past that's guaranteed to take you back to the nineties as the lollies haven't been on sale for a mammoth 20 YEARS.
Manufacturer Froneri says it's bringing back the raspberry, strawberry and banana flavoured desserts following a campaign by loyal fans.
Those who've already tried them say they're not exactly the same as the originals but are very similar.
And if you want to get your hands on them you'd better go quick as they're only guaranteed to stick around until the end of May.
They're on sale both online and in store at where they're currently reduced from £2 to £1.
You get six in a pack making it just 16p a pop and there's 58 calories per 58ml lolly.
Of course, you can get more for your money buying supermarket own-brand rocket lollies but we doubt they'll taste the same as the real thing.
, , and all sell a box of own-brand fruit-flavoured rocket lollies where you get eight for just £1.
Now we just need the weather to hot up to give us an excuse to scoff the lot.
More on food
Morrisons is also selling bargain copycat Magnums filled with candyfloss ice cream.
While B&M has tubs of Cadbury jelly popping candy ice cream for £1.
And Home Bargains is selling Candy Crush ice creams that taste of pink bubblegum and marshmallow.
