To claim your free The Spicy Veggie One, you just need to have an account on the McDonald's app.

When we logged into the app, the offer was on the home screen at the top of the page.

All you need to do is click "claim now" on the deal and order it to your nearest branch.

There's no need to buy anything, but the offer is limited to one per customer.

Not all restaurants are taking part in the offer, but McDonald's has a list of participating restaurants on its app so you can find one that will accept the deal.

The vegan Spicy Veggie wrap contains red pesto veggie goujons, spicy relish, tomato, lettuce and red onion and is great for anyone who doesn't eat meat.

McDonald's wraps typically cost £3.49, though prices do vary depending on location.

You can get one for less if you pick the Wrap Of The Day, which changes daily and costs £1.99 instead.

Today's wrap of the day is its Spicy Veggie wrap so it won't cost you much even if you can't take advantage of the freebie.

If you're counting calories, the wrap contains 364 kcal - which is more than in its 301kcal cheeseburger.
