Block of 10 apartments with gorgeous views of the Welsh countryside could be yours for just £1
The block of flats can be found in the picturesque village of Pantygog, near Bridgend, South Wales
A BLOCK of ten flats is going under the hammer for just £1.
Auctioneer Marc Morrish said he will begin bidding at this amount and there is no reserve.
He added: “If no one else bids, the flats will be sold for this.”
The vacant one-bed pads with country views are being sold by a housing association.
Mr Morrish, of agents Seel and Co, admitted the properties require cosmetic work inside plus some external repairs.
But he said: “The association wants to ensure that the block is sold, hence the £1 guide price and no reserve.
