B&M is selling a water fountain for DOGS – and they can use it themselves

PET owners looking for fun ways for their furry friends to cool down this summer should pop by their nearest B&M store.

The bargain retailer is selling water fountains for dogs - and they can even use it themselves.

Simply connect it to a garden hose and make sure the water supply is switched on.

Once activated, water will come pouring out at the push of a paw thanks to its water jet.

The cost £6.99 each, and they're available in B&M stores nationwide now. You can find your nearest shop using .

Many pets prefer drinking fresh water as opposed to from a bowl, which is why they're often drawn to running taps in your home and rivers on your walks.

Letting your dogs play with running water is also an easy way to keep them entertained.

The B&M fountains were first spotted by the , and its followers are loving it.

The garden water fountain is not the first one of its kind, but it's currently the cheapest one around.

A number of pet retailers are selling a very similar fountain from All for Paws, with the prices starting from £18.42 at .

Amazon is also selling an for £22.89.

For Easter this year, Pets at Home sold Easter eggs for dogs, cats and rabbits - and the prices started from £2.

Last month, dog food sold at the retailer was recalled over fears it could cause vomiting and weight loss.
