It's creepy looking exterior of arched windows against decaying brick hid the colourful funky family home.

Along with a bowling alley, and home cinema, the home also comes with a basketball hoop.

Boasting three bedrooms, the lucky owners will also have a family bathroom, kitchen and dining room, and three study areas.

And if that wasn't enough, designers created a vibrant mezzanine level which overlooks the reception area.

FAIRYTALE HOME

The vendor, who asked not to be named, said: "The Bath House is a once in a life time kind of building.

"It’s so close to the sea and the park and the quirky little town of St Leonard’s.

"We feel so privileged to have lived here and know whoever lives here next will love it as much as us.

"It’s so unique and provides the most amazing balance of family life and entertaining space.

"People always comment on how beautiful it is which makes us so proud.

"As the new owner you would have that too and I would challenge anyway not to fall in love with it a little bit more each day."

The former Turkish Baths built in 1875 was used to house a saltwater swimming pool until the 1920s.

It then briefly became a community hall, a church and finally a glass factory into the late 1990s.

But after it was purchased and extended by Upland's Girl's school, it fell into a state of disrepair.

The house was listed for the first time since it was bought in a state of disrepair in 2013 by estate agents Fine and Country.
