Asda is selling a MARMITE flavoured chocolate Easter egg

MARMITE is famously loved or hated by Brits, but its new Easter egg on sale at Asda is set to cause even more of a debate.
The milk chocolate treats are flavoured with the savoury spread, and whether you "love it or hate it", Marmite insists that "you have to try it".
Although we're unsure what a Marmite, chocolate egg tastes like, we're intrigued to find out.
The eggs will currently set you back £3 at Asda, and they're available both and in stores.
Marmite describes the creative Easter treat as "The one and only Yeaster egg" as well as promising one "full on flavour".
The Easter eggs weigh 160g, and they contain a whopping 827 calories each.
The launch was spotted by , which shared a picture of the product, and it's split opinion among users.
One user wrote: "Love marmite, love chocolate, but can't imagine the two combined. It sounds awful!"
But a fan was more positive and said: "I need these in my life!!"
